MLB: Tuesday's plays

Play: Philadelphia +1.5 +115

Time: 7:07 p.m. ET

Reasoning: There is fight in these Phillies as they have won eight of nine. They would be 54-46 if they were given 1.5 rpg. Toronto would be 40-60 if it gave 1.5 rpg. The Blue Jays are hitting .176 over their last five games against LH, and they've never seen Adam Morgan. Philadelphia is hitting .286 in its last five vs. LH, and opponents are hitting .329 against Felix Doubront. Phillies relievers have a 1.08 ERA in their last five.

Play: Cleveland -123 (Young vs. Bauer)

Time: 7:10 p.m. ET

Reasoning: Chris Young is just a place-holder in Kansas City's rotation. He hasn't gone more than six innings in any of his last seven starts. He allowed four runs and two homers in three innings in his last start. On June 4 Young allowed the Indians six runs over five innings. Trevor Bauer opposed Young in that game and gave up just two runs in 6.2 IP. Cleveland scores 0.34 more rpg vs. RH. Watch for rookie Francisco Lindor, who has hit safely in 10 of his last 11.

Record: 402-317-17 (55.9%)
Bankroll: +221.46%
