MLB: Tuesday's play

Play: Philadelphia +1.5 -120 (Cueto vs. O'Sullivan)

Time: 7:05 p.m. ET

Reasoning: Johnny Cueto (elbow) hasn't pitched since May 19 and he went 1-2 with a 4.45 ERA last month. He has a 7.23 ERA in four starts lifetime against the Phillies at Citizens Bank Park. As a team the Reds are 0-7-1 in their last eight series at Philadelphia. Sean O'Sullivan has started one game against Cincinnati (in 2013) and he allowed one run in six innings in that one. The Reds are 9-16 on the road and the Phillies are 12-13 at home. Cincinnati would be 14-35 if it gave 1.5 runs per game. Philadelphia would be 27-25 if it was given 1.5 rpg. The Reds are hitting 20 points lower and are scoring 1.37 less rpg vs. RH. Also, Cincinnati's bullpen is atrocious (4.42 ERA).

Record: 374-285-13 (56.8%)
Bankroll: +300.94%
