Reasoning: The Reds would be 27-19 if they were given 1.5 runs per game. Washington would be 18-29 if it gave 1.5 rpg. Anthony DeSclafani allowed one run on three hits over seven innings in his last start. On the season he has a 3.46 ERA. The Nationals haven't seen much of him, save for the three scoreless innings of relief he threw against them last season. Stephen Strasburg has a 6.50 ERA and a 1.69 WHIP in 2015. In his last three starts he has an 11.25 ERA and a 1.92 WHIP. And in his latest appearance, against Philadelphia, Strasburg allowed six runs on seven hits in 3.2 IP. He also has a 5.50 ERA in three lifetime turns against Cincinnati. Over its last seven games Washington has averaged 2.43 runs. Reds relievers have a 1.76 ERA in their last five contests.
