MLB: Friday's plays

Play: Philadelphia/Miami under 8 -112 (Williams vs. Koehler)

Time: 7:10 p.m. ET

Reasoning: The under is 17-8-1 in the last 26 meetings at Miami. Jerome Williams has allowed more than three runs only once this season and Ichiro (4-for-18, zero extra-base hits) is the only Marlin who has seen much of him. Tom Koehler threw 7.1 innings of scoreless ball in his last start (vs. Washington). Miami is scoring a half-run less per game vs. RH. The Phillies bullpen has a 3.03 ERA. And Philadelphia is hitting .202 and is scoring 2.55 rpg vs. RH.

Play: Cleveland -124 (Buehrle vs. Carrasco)

Time: 7:10 p.m. ET

Reasoning: Toronto has lost five of its last six. It used five pitchers on Thursday and is hitting 64 points lower vs. RH. Mark Buehrle has a 4.94 ERA and a 1.73 WHIP this season and is 16-17 with a 4.75 ERA in 49 career games against the Indians. Carlos Carrasco was roughed up in his last turn, but in two other starts (not counting his eight-pitch effort when he was hit with a comebacker), he spun a total of 11.1 IP with seven hits, one run and 18 Ks. Cleveland also has the better bullpen here. Additionally, Michael Brantley has heated up (13-for-28 in his last seven).

Record: 352-262-12 (57.3%)
Bankroll: +366.34%
