MLB: Saturday's play

Play: Boston -130 (Miley vs. Gonzalez)

Time: 7:15 p.m. ET

TV: Fox

Reasoning: Wade Miley is 3-0 in his last three starts with a 1.25 ERA and a 1.02 WHIP. He went eight innings on Sunday and allowed just one run on four hits to the Angels. Prior to that he allowed Texas two runs over seven innings. Miley has a 1.84 ERA in two career starts against the Rangers and has tabulated 15 Ks in 14.2 IP. In this one he will oppose Chi Chi Gonzalez, who will make his major-league debut. Gonzalez went 3-5 with a 4.15 ERA in eight starts at Triple-A Round Rock. Hanley Ramirez has homered in two straight games and David Ortiz, who sat out the last two games for rest, should be back in the lineup. The Red Sox are hitting 39 points higher and are scoring a half-run more per game vs. RH. Boston has a much better bullpen (3.68 ERA vs. 4.40 ERA). And Texas is hitting .192 in its last five game vs. LH.

Record: 374-283-13 (56.9%)
Bankroll: +326.12%
