MLB: Saturday's SD/Atl

Play: San Diego/Atlanta over 6.5 -120 (Despaigne vs. Teheran)

Time: 7:10 p.m. ET

Reasoning: Angel Hernandez, the world's worst umpire, will call the balls and strikes in this one. In addition to being arrogant and inept and a big reason why MLB has expanded its replay system, Hernandez also tends to be an "over" ump. The overs are 11-8 this season and his games have seen an average of 8.43 runs. Last season? The overs were 23-11 with an average of 9.38 runs scored. The Padres have scored 26 runs in their last three games. Today they are expecting back Yonder Alonso (wrist), who has missed 30 games. Julio Teheran has a 6.39 ERA lifetime against San Diego. The Padres score a half-run more per game on the road vs. RH. San Diego's bullpen has a 4.05 ERA in its last five games. And I say that Odrisamer Despaigne, 27, who signed a minor-league free agent contract on May 2, returns to earth starting tonight.

Record: 153-115-6 (57.1%)
Bankroll: +85.35%
