MLB: Thursday's LAA/Tex

Play: Texas +1.5 -140 (Santiago vs. Lewis)

Time: 8:05 p.m. ET

Reasoning: The Rangers would be 49-42 if they were given 1.5 runs per game. The Angels would be 41-49 if they gave 1.5 rpg. Hector Santiago would be in the bullpen if Los Angeles didn't have to start him because of an injury to Jered Weaver. Santiago has a 5.65 ERA and a 1.40 WHIP in his last three starts. He allowed Texas five runs on seven hits on May 2. Colby Lewis has improved tremendously of late (3.93 ERA, 1.20 WHIP in last three outings). Adrian Beltre has hit safely in 13 straight games. The Rangers score 1.5 more rpg vs. LH. The Angels hit 23 points lower and score a half-run less per game against RH.

Record: 133-101-6 (56.8%)
Bankroll: +70.80%
